Gamblin Galkyd Lite Gel, formerly known as Neo Megilp, is a softer gel painting medium designed for artists who want increased transparency and flow without the thicker consistency of Galkyd Gel. It gives oil colors a smooth, silky handling quality while remaining workable for hours. 

With a moderate drying time of approximately 3–4 days, Galkyd Lite Gel allows for extended working time while helping build slightly thicker layers that retain their own texture. Unlike other Galkyd mediums that produce a high-gloss surface, Galkyd Lite Gel gives colors a more restrained satin-gloss finish.
