GOLDEN Gesso is a ready to use, flexible liquid ground, applicable to a variety of commonly used painting surface. When applied in thin layers, GOLDEN Gesso will adhere to many textured surfaces as well as smooth. Use GOLDEN Gesso to promote paint adhesion by providing a tooth to different materials.

GOLDEN Gesso may be applied in a variety of ways including brushed, rolled, and trowel or sprayed. Artists are able to dilute GOLDEN Gesso with water, but no more than a 25% dilution. If diluted by more than the recommended amount, artists may notice cracking and other undesired effects. GOLDEN Gesso is available in black and white and may be mixed with GOLDEN Acrylics to crate a variety of ground colors.
