The teeth that have been hand-punched on the paddle-shaped and knife ends of this double-sided C100 Italian steel rasp are of medium coarseness. This combination of tool ends is a staple of professional sculptors as it can easily be used to remove unwanted stone and wood from the carving as well as smoothing the piece.The A320 can also be used on plaster.
The knife end has one edge slightly thinner than its opposite edge for more refined rasping. There is a slight curve to the paddle-shaped end for rasping around concave and convex areas.
